Minimum rental period: 24 hours and 100 Km.
Every fraction of a day should be considered as
a full day.
Payment: the client may pay the cost of rental
with any of the major credit cards, otherwise the
method is an advance payment of the estimated cost
of rental, plus a deposit by Rent-a-Car. No cash
deposit is required for payment with credit card.
Insurance: tariffs include Third Party
Liability for an unlimited sum, bail and legal
defence in Spain, together with damage to third
parties. In case of accident the client must pay
all the cost of the reparation. This cost is
stipulated by a cover damage and it depends in
every car. Rent-a-Car offers a special and
personal insurance to the others people wich will
be 5€ per day.
Petrol: charged to the client.
Taxes: according to the law.
Manteinment: the vehicles of Rent a car have
been revised. Rent-a-Car pays the lubricants and
greasing with invoice. And the fortuitous
breakdown when are repaired with Rent-a-Car
autorisation and invoice is needed.
Prolongation of rental: if the client wish to
prolong the rental period, he must inform Rent-a-Car
before his contract expires, and he must go to
Rent-a-Car´s office to renew the insurance.
Traffic fines: every fine is charged to the
client.
Delivery and pick
up: free
in the city, at the Companies but outside at the
Airport, Station, Port, Hotelsit it should be a
charging fee of 12€. For any query do not hesitate
